More about the decks

As I experience it, the Auric Field is an energy bubble that extends 6 feet all around us. It holds all sorts of information. Thoughts, beliefs, opinions, and the energy of relationships all live here. The Auric Field is the lens with which we see the world and ourselves, as well as a magnet that holds our vibration so as we walk around in the world, things that match what’s in this field are drawn to us, and things that don’t are repelled. Having this field clear and vibrating in the way we want is VERY important.

There are many portals for shifting our lives. Some are emotional, such as therapy. Some mental, like reading books and gaining new knowledge. Some are energetic such as meditation. All are incredible. Hoop Dance Activation is yet another portal, combining intention and movement to bring in new energies into the Auric Field.

Our Hoop Dance Activation Cards tap us into elements that help us shift our Auric Field. We dance (or move, or engage in other ways that feel exciting) with our word and it’s energy, infusing our field in a playful, gentle and fun way. Each card features a magical human and a word/energy they are calling into their lives. I am honored to have held space for this powerful collaboration. As we dance with a particular card, not only do we bringing that energy into our lives, we also send some to the person featured on the card.

I find that oracle decks are an incredible way for our guides, ancestors, our soul self (please fill in your words that resonate for you) to communicate with us.

The deck also has a corresponding YouTube channel . There you will find a welcome video that explains the deck as well as a video for each card. The card’s videos are 3-5 minute channelled messages about the energy of each card and are organized in alphabetical order in the Hoop Dance Activation Playlist.
