Welcome to the Hoop Dance Activation Oracle Deck
There are many portals for shifting our lives. Some are emotional, such as therapy. Some mental, like reading books and gaining new knowledge. Some are energetic such as meditation. All are incredible. Hoop Dance Activation is yet another portal, combining intention and movement to bring in new energies into the Auric Field (a.k.a. energy body).
As I experience it, the Auric Field is an energy bubble that extends 6 feet all around us. It holds all sorts of information. Thoughts, beliefs, opinions, and the energy of relationships all live here. The Auric Field is the lens with which we see the world and ourselves, as well as a magnet that holds our vibration so as we walk around in the world, things that match what’s in this field are drawn to us, and things that don’t are repelled. Having this field clear and vibrating in the way we want is VERY important.
Our Hoop Dance Activation Cards tap us into elements that help us shift our Auric Field. We dance (or move, or engage in other ways that feel exciting) with our word and it’s energy, infusing our field in a playful, gentle and fun way. Each card features a magical human and a word/energy they are calling into their lives. I am honored to have held space for this powerful collaboration. I find that oracle decks are an incredible way for our guides, ancestors, our soul self (please fill in your words that resonate for you) to communicate with us.
Your order includes your deck of 57 Oracle cards and 3 explanation cards as well as YouTube videos for each card in the deck.
Phase one of the project - the pre order phase - is complete. The first 50 decks have been sent to their homes!
Phase two - I am creating the YouTube videos for each card. This should be complete by
May 1, 2024. To see what is up so far click here.
Phase three - the next batch of cards will be printed and mailed out. The cards will be ready to find their homes (be shipped) by the end of May.

- Hula Hoops - I recommend you get 2 hoops:
1) Beginner fitness hoop - A larger and heavier hoop. It’s great for waist and shoulder hooping. When you find your perfect color - choose between the 36"- 40". I’m 5’9” and love my 40 inch hoop.
2) Polypro hoop - this hoop is much lighter and is used for hand tricks and dancing off body. Eventually you may be able to waist hoop with it but that might take some time. I suggest 3/4’ tubing and 34” hoop size.
